Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Effective Date: May 13, 2025

 

At Little Athletes Academy LLC, we value your business and strive to provide quality services and flexibility. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

 

1. Cancellations

    •    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the second scheduled session are eligible for a full refund at no additional cost.

    •    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the second scheduled sessions are non-refundable.

    •    No-shows or failure to attend a session are not eligible for refunds.

 

2. Rescheduling

    •    Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather

    •    There is a possibility of rescheduled sessions being held at a separate location

 

3. Refund Process

    •    Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

    •    Please contact us at littleathletes.ca@yahoo.com to initiate a refund request, including your name, booking date, and reason for cancellation.

 

4. Class Cancellations by Us

 

In the rare event that Little Athletes Academy LLC must cancel a session (e.g., due to weather, instructor illness, or facility issues), we will offer you the choice of:

    •    A rescheduled session
